Shipping Policy

We strive to provide our customers in the mainland UK with flexible and efficient delivery options. Below is an overview of our shipping policies and services.

We offer five different shipping options, tailored to your order size and timing preferences. These include Free Delivery and Next Day Delivery options.

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 14:00 PM on a working day will be dispatched the same day. 

• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 14:00 PM will be dispatched on the following working day.

• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 14:00 PM on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (excluding Bank Holidays).

Depending on your order, it will be shipped with either Royal Mail or Hermes. The courier selection depends on:

• Number of items in your order

• Total weight of your order

• Packed physical dimensions

You will receive confirmation of the courier service used in your dispatch confirmation email.

• For orders under £30: Shipping cost is £2.99, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (LBT) service is used.

• An express next day delivery service is available: Shipping Cost £4.95 and Parcelforce service is used.

• For orders over £30: Shipping is free, and Royal Mail Tracked 48 (LBT) service is used.
